• Proper planning prior to the construction phase of a project ensures excellence in execution and high-quality results.

During the planning phase, we adhere to the following guidelines:

• Establish detailed construction schedule highlighting all activities including purchasing of refractory, fabrication, shop drawing production, and construction work.
• Safety train all employees for task at hand.
• Prepare all equipment and materials needed for project.
• Implement management control of all project activities.
• Provide and collect all insurance certificates and vendor information.
• Prepare contractor/subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
